This is a kosher 5 star hotel in the Altair building.  Up and coming go-to hotel. The hotel boasts a private pool with separate swimming hours for men and women. They have a soon to be announced restaurant with kosher food for Shabbos.

The Marco Polo beach resort is located near the Aventura Mall and delicious kosher restaurants. If you choose to stay in for a meal, the oceanfront hotel offers a number of suites with kitchens. Moreover, the hotel has both Shabbos keys and Shabbos elevators, to ensure a comfortable Shabbos experience for all.

There are a few tables at the restaurant to eat, but most people take out for lunch.  Known for their bourekas and fraps.  They mainly operate as a catering business.

Situated between Miami and Fort Lauderdale in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, Trump International Beach Resort is an oceanfront oasis, complete with its own private and pristine beach and delightful grotto-style pool complex.  They have kosher meals for shabbos when you reserve in advance!

Friday night meals are available from 6:30 to 8:30pm, and Shabbos lunch meals are available from 12-3pm. Lunch starts at is $100/pp and $70/child Dinner starts at $129/pp and $100/child. Children are ages 3-12. The above prices do not include tax and service charges.
